The waterfall is known as Sour Milk Gill (high up and out of sight is its origin, Bleaberry Tarn). On the left of Sour Milk Gill is High Stile and on the right is Red Pike (Buttermere).
From Fellbarrow across Crummock water the main fells are High Crags; High Stile; Red Pike and Mellbreak.
This photograph was taken from Low Fell and shows a clearer view of Red Pike on the right.
